We store your email address, when you subscribed, and whether you later opted out. We use it only to send Vaibe’s welcome note and published weekly reports.

Vaibe collects only the information needed to send the weekly report, review suggestions, and correct published work. We do not sell personal information.

We store the podcast name, link, note, and optional email you provide so a person can review the suggestion and follow up if needed.
Report issues
The correction details you submit
We store your message, the report version it concerns, and any optional contact details so the editorial record can be checked and corrected.
Anonymous activity
The pages and report features people use
When analytics is enabled, we count page types and deliberate actions such as changing weeks, opening a topic, sharing, or starting a subscription. We use a temporary random browser-session identifier and do not send form contents, email addresses, or full page URLs. Session recording and automatic click collection are not used. Analytics stays off when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

- Resubscribing later is always your choice.
